Jana Kramer opened up about how she deals with āself-criticismā and ānegative self-talkā as she gets ready for the premiere of her new holiday romance, The Christmas Ring.
Kramer stars in the soon-to-debut movie alongside Benjamin Hollingsworth, Kelsey Grammer and more. Tyler Russell directed the film adaptation of author Karen Kingsburyās novel by the same title, which published on October 21. The Christmas Ring is about āa military widow (who) falls in love while searching for her lost family Christmas Ring, an heirloom that has been in the family since D-Day,ā per IMDb.
āIām very excited,ā Kramer said about The Christmas Ringās premiere in a new episode of Whine Down with Jana Kramer on Monday (November 3). However, she admitted she often āwill talk down to myself,ā and āIām my loudest hater. ā¦We are our own critics.ā Kramerās friends and co-hosts, Kristen Brust and Kathryn Woodard, offered their encouragement. Kramer, who spoke about how she shifts her perspective, said the family-friendly Christmas movie āis so great. Itās so cute and special, and I want everyone to go see it in theaters.ā
