ABOUT ERIC MASTERS:
Eric Masters delivers a unique blend of marketing, brand management, business development, and entrepreneurial skills. As an executive with over 20 years of multi-industry experience, he brings seasoned insights and a track record of driving sustainable and profitable organic growth.
His experience includes 10 years of marketing and management at The Coca-Cola company where he led many key initiatives including marketing, innovation, and planning for DASANI and assisting the CMO run the North American marketing organization.
After Coca-Cola, Mr. Masters focused his passion for marketing and driving top-line growth in smaller companies, most recently participating on the executive teams of two private equity-backed software companies that he helped grow and achieve successful exits. He has successfully written and funded multiple business plans, participated on both sides of significant M&A activity and brings a pragmatic blend of understanding consumer/market needs with the need for driving bottom-line financial results.
A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Masters attended Drexel University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance and Economics and The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business where he earned his Masters in Business Administration.
