So many questions...
This woman, obviously on some kind of drug, decided it was a good idea to climb up on a power line tower. It does not end well for her. With some visible flame bursts and a clear popping noise, she ends up being electrocuted. Everything up to and including her falling is hard to watch, but also hard not to watch.
